MATERIA

POLAND / 2023

Absorbed in artificial intelligence, we get lost in the boundaries between the natural and the artificial. The world appears to us as made up of blobs of existence, and we become witnesses to this disintegrating symphony. Animals, trees, stars – these are fragments of nature, and the fragile flakes of white snow, gradually melting in our hands, form something immaterial, something that could only be a work created by artificial intelligence.

Are we the pure essence of biology, or a matter of algorithms and codes?

Our existence is becoming increasingly intertwined with technology, and our understanding of nature is becoming more challenging. Hasn’t what we thought was natural become just a creation of the human hand? These reflections take us to the limits of our existence, forcing us to reconsider our fundamental beliefs about who we are and how we function in this complex, constantly evolving universe.
